Gas Safe notification:-
All gas appliances installed by ourselves are notified to Gas Safe, who then issue a certificate to you for the installed appliance which you need to retain as part of your Home-buyers pack.
From 2007 you will need to produce certification for all works undertaken on your home when you come to sell.
