All gas work, repairs servicing and installation, must be carried out by a fully qualified CORGI registered gas engineer. Anyone carrying out work on gas appliances or fittings as part of their business must be competent and registered with CORGI. Do-it-yourself work on gas appliances or fittings could be dangerous and is likely to be illegal.

Part L Regulations:-

Since 1st April 2005 all gas appliances installed in your home must be registered with CORGI under governments Part L regulations.

CORGI notification:-

All gas appliances installed by ourselves are notified to CORGI, who then issue a certificate to you for the installed appliance which you need to retain as part of your Home-buyers pack.

From 2007 you will need to produce certification for all works undertaken on your home when you come to sell.
